The basic construction is a hand-crafted basswood box with a pillar in the center. The assembled base combines paint and sand to create a stone texture effect, which is then sealed with a low VOC varnish.

Faux roses are arranged and attached to the pillar in a bouquet style, and sit in a bed of moss and stones glued into the wooden tray base.
Felt pads protect the base.
